Glitter Charms

The Charms Glitter collection is made with blown glass beads, creations of the Masters of Murano and therefore of Edere Venezia. Each single Murano blown glass bead is made by the great Murano glass masters with hot working or “a lume” techniques, a tradition that began in the Middle Ages and has been maintained until today. The processing starts from glass rods that are worked with the heat of the flame, once produced by oil lamps (that's why “a lume”) and today by gas torches. After being cooked again in the oven, the beads are slowly cooled, making them long-lasting, and are transformed into these splendid charms that come to you. Some charms are also embellished with decorations made with nickel-free 925 silver, which integrate beautifully with the glass of the beads. Each charm is therefore a unique creation, according to the creativity and mastery of Corina Mamaliga for Edere Venezia.
